18-Wheeler Accident Lawyers

According to the National Safety Council, 806 people lost their lives to large trucks on Texas roadways in 2021. Due to the size of these vehicles, they carry tremendous weight and often a higher center of gravity than most vehicles. These factors make these vehicles difficult and operate. Without 100% focus, the worst can happen.

In this case, a full investigation will need to be conducted to determine what caused the 18-wheeler to tip over prior to the collision. Those injured in this crash may be entitled to an injury claim. A full investigation will need to be made to determine the fault in this case.
