Jersey Village, Texas (May 4, 2024) – An elderly driver crashed into the Little Kitchen HTX just after noon on Sunday, injuring nine people in the process.
Police report that the elderly woman crashed into the restaurant at approximately 12:20 p.m. Reports have indicated the woman accidentally hit the gas pedal instead of her brake, causing the accident.
Several families were in the restaurant at the time of the crash. Five people were inspected by first responders, with three others being taken to nearby hospitals via ambulance. One woman had to be taken via Life Flight for emergency medical services.
