Austin, Texas (19 Dec. 2023) – Following a crash on Loop 360 in Austin earlier in the month, police have released the identity of the individual killed in the crash.
Police have identified 21-year-old Byron Gutierrez-Rodriguez as the individual killed in the crash.
Reports indicate that Gutierrez-Rodriguez was one of three people in the vehicle at the time of the crash. The other people, the driver, and an additional passenger, received assistance from first responders at the accident scene but were denied transportation to a hospital.
