Houston, Texas (Dec. 31, 2024) – Police shutdown multiple lanes of Traffic on the evening of December 31 after a motorcyclist was killed in an accident.
The crash reportedly occurred on I-45 and Beltway 8. The crash resulted in southbound lanes being closed for an extended period of time. Police say that besides the motorcycle, four cars were involved in the collision.
Besides the driver of the motorcycle, no one was killed. A passenger on the motorcycle was taken to a nearby hospital for injuries suffered in the crash. They are expected to recover from their injuries.
At this time, no other injuries or deaths have been reported in connection with this incident.
