Head-On Crash Lawyers

Head-on collisions can often result in extensive injuries and, in the worst cases, death.

In this accident, the danger was heightened even further, given that one driver was traveling the wrong way at a high rate of speed. Reportedly, the posted speeds in that stretch of roadway is up to 65 mph. Head-on crashes already carry a high fatality rate compared to other crash types, but factoring in the wrong way only raises the potential for damages and death. In this case, both drivers died.

In similar cases, the surviving victim’s surviving family has filed successful wrongful death claims. If you find yourself in a situation such as this one, it’s highly recommended you speak to an experienced and professional legal expert.
