Chambers County, Texas (Sept. 9, 2023)

One person has been confirmed dead following a major accident in Chambers County along I-10.

Reports indicate that a front-end loader construction vehicle was traveling near the Trinity River Bridge on I-10 with a vehicle behind it with hazards on. A semi-truck struck the vehicle and the front-end loader as it was coming off the other side of the bridge.

The driver of the vehicle following the front-end loader was killed in the accident.

An investigation into this accident remains ongoing at this time.

Texas Truck Accident Attorneys

An investigation into this accident will prove essential because a semi-truck crashed into another semi-truck. Because a commercial truck erupted in flames due to the accident, the driver of the semi-truck that caused the accident and the trucking company may be liable for any damages brought forth upon the motorist.

The elements of liability, damages, and the ability to pay are critical in determining the value of a case or claim. Without all three elements, a case has little to no value given the nature of our legal system.
