Pasadena, Texas (Sept. 9, 2023)
Police are investigating a multi-vehicle crash that resulted in the deaths of two people in Pasadena.
According to reports, a silver sedan was seen speeding when the vehicle traveled through a red light, crashing into a truck. The wreck occurred at the intersection of Crenshaw Road and the Beltway 8 Frontage Road at approximately 6:00 p.m.
The impact caused the truck to become wrapped, ejecting one of the sedan’s passengers from the back seat.
According to a witness, an additional passenger in the sedan collapsed on the scene. Both passengers were killed in the collision.
The sedan driver attempted to flee the accident on foot but was shortly apprehended.
A full investigation is ongoing at this time.
